Virtual Staging

Virtual Staging makes it easier to sell vacant real estate by putting virtual furniture into photos of your listings. It's cheaper and more convenient than staging with real furniture (easier on the back, too). The problem with traditional Virtual Staging services, though, is that they're about as agile as a dump truck: you take a photo, describe what furniture you want, describe where you want it, and cross your fingers that they'll get it right when they send the virtually-furnished photo back to you in a few days. Design Center Lite is a slimmed-down version of Design Center, introducing you to the interactive Virtual Staging experience. It has all the major functionality, including the ability to place 3D models of furniture into photos of clients' rooms, move and rotate the furniture into place, save screenshots to your hard drive, and Share to Facebook; for the Lite version, we have removed the ability to upload your own photos (use one of the supplied Sample Photos) and save rooms, and we have added a watermark to all saved screenshots.
